Maria "Gabby" Antoniolli started her law practice as an Assistant State's Attorney with DuPage County State's Attorney's Office where she gained extensive trial experience in a variety of cases. During her time as a prosecutor, she prosecuted traffic and misdemeanor cases such as: DUIs, Domestic Violence, and Orders of Protection. Gabby was then promoted to the felony juvenile division where she handled hundreds of juvenile abuse & neglect cases from intake through disposition. During her tenure in this division, Gabby worked closely with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and developed a deep understanding of the different aspects of cases involving abuse, neglect and dependent minors. Gabby also worked in the Felony Trial Division where she prosecuted serious felony cases including aggravated DUI, burglaries, severe drug offenses, aggravated battery, and gun charges. Since entering private practice, Gabby’s law practice has focused on criminal defense as well as family law issues, such as child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, relocation, orders of protection, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. Gabby is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and has served as a GAL in family law cases and in the juvenile court system, helping the court with cases involving abused, neglected, and dependent minors.
