From the moment Maria got involved, I knew mom was in good hands. Everything happened so fast ...from ordering and arranging her special bed, to oxygen equipment, to wound care and supplies, to establishing a medical plan, the Care Team had it all under control. The staff worked seamlessly with the assisted living employees; easing my mind and providing our family a sense of peace knowing mom had all her needs met with compassion, empathy and love by The Care Team during her most difficult time."

"The care team was wonderful they came in and helped my dad. They got him a bed. Everything he needed. They were kind and caring and thoughtful every single one of them Maria The manager was so so sweet. She was always there to help me when I needed her just even if I called and was crying she was there to listen to me. Tiana was a wonderful social worker very sweet and kind . Latasha The chaplain was so sweet. She calls me and dates with me to see how I’m doing since my dad has passed. She has been there through the whole time making sure that I’m OK Jen P What a wonderful voice she would To my dad, and she came to the funeral and sing for him also Brandy What can I say about Brandy and her Slurpee’s? She was an awesome caregiver. She would give my dad a bath Care of him and made him fresh and make him smile Jenni the Very sweet Amy the nighttime nurse I can’t say enough good things about her Everyone that came to my house or worked with this team I can’t say enough about they were there for my family. They were there for my dad even though Long they were there for every minute of it and when I needed something, they were always there if you want somebody good to take care Would recommend this team Tammy ishaq"

"We have not had the best service with this company out of Lake City and Traverse City Main office. We hired company to help with hospice service for our loved one and did not receive great service. I would not recommend this company to handle your loved ones."
