"I found out recently that the unit I was renting in SD only had one SDGE meter for the building and I was paying the whole thing. I went to E. John Damasco for help getting my money back because my landlord failed to notify me. We had a phone consult and he wrote me a letter of demand for repayment and sent it to my landlord. After a little back and forth I was able to get ALL of my money back without even having to go to court."
