It is my goal to give each case the attention to detail it needs. I will not take on new cases at the expense of existing clients. The reality is there are only so many hours in a week. If I take on hundreds cases, I have less time to spend on each case than if I take on 25. "Matt was the best agent we could have wished for. He was patient with my wife and I through all our questions and our extended house-search timeline. His knowledge and expertise were vital throughout our search process as he helped point out key issues with some houses we considered. Once we decided on a house, him and Jaida went to work. They fought for our best interest and consistently checked in with us while we were under contract. Matt helped negotiate over $20k in value we didn’t expect to receive after making our initial offer. Jaida was always available to assist and saved us hours of research. Overall, we gained a friend in a real estate agent, which isn’t always the case.
