"The ladies working were so nice and knowledgeable!! I came in 06-12-25 around 4PM and I don’t know their names (I’m sorry) but the front desk lady, the woman who did my livescan, and the sweet lady who did my blood draw were awesome!! Also the woman who did my blood draw is a pro—literally didn’t feel a thing"

"Quick and easy, except the front office lady was very hostile and rude. I asked a couple questions to clarify and was met with attitude as if I was dumb. The lady who did my physical and Tb test was lovely, very kind and personable"

"The customer service given was amazing by the lady’s. No complaints about them at all. It was a quick get in and out visit. I give those lady’s a 5 star! But what this company is doing is not good at all, I did a dual appointment my live scan and TB test at the same time I went with them because of this option. I got this done 3 days ago. I have been checking every day on the DOJ’s website using the ATI number and it’s been saying nothing has been received. I asked the lady at the office 3 days later and she said this company is still making them take live scans knowingly that they aren’t able to transmit them over to DOJ yet because this company has not fixed a computer issue thats been happening but they’re still making them take and charge for live scans without notifying the client. I would ask ahead of time if there system is fixed. I’m suppose to start work soon and now I won’t be able too because of this company’s negligence of fixing what they need too. Lady even said she has been complaining and complaining about it and they’re not doing it."
