I have practiced law for 32 years. My experience is broad, but has mostly focused on litigation, court practice, and document drafting and review. I have MANY YEARS of courtroom experience. I handle a variety of family and criminal law issues including, but not limited to, divorce, child support enforcement, alimony issues, parenting issues, domestic violence injunctions, mediation, DUI's, drug offenses, battery, probation violations, and theft-related offenses, among many others. I also provide many estate planning services, including the drafting of documents such as, Wills, Power of Attorney (durable or for a limited purpose), and Advance Healthcare Directives (Living Wills, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, and HIPAA Releases). I also provide services related to the review and drafting of Contracts for a variety of subjects and transactions. It is my goal that when you come to my office you will feel comfortable and relaxed, not intimidated. You will be treated with the utmost respect and you can be assured that your matter will be dealt with promptly and effectively. It is my goal to provide you the best legal representation available --- anywhere. My office is centrally located in Brevard County and is conveniently located on U.S. Highway 1, south of Eau Gallie Boulevard and Sarno Road. I serve clients who live throughout Brevard County as well as clients from around the country and internationally who have legal matters in Brevard County, Florida, or governmental and legislative matters in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition to regular office hours of 9:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday, I can arrange for evening appointments to meet when it's convenient for you.
