I also provide many estate planning services, including the drafting of documents such as, Wills, Power of Attorney (durable or for a limited purpose), and Advance Healthcare Directives (Living Wills, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, and HIPAA Releases). I also provide services related to the review and drafting of Contracts for a variety of subjects and transactions.
