"I hired attorney Frank Lotempio I requested payments history daycare & payment history of Erie county social services unit & three different jobs terminations children's village, People's Ink, fidelis & sprint text messages to Metro PCs from 11/23 Through February 25..I was entitle to communication from attorney Frank Lotempio per my requests as well as updates on matter..In which when calling my attorney Frank Lotempio I was Ignored extreme highest heights NO communication. offices secretaries would transfere me to attorney voice mail.first appearance attorney shown up to court & second appearance someone from his office shown up.. attorney told me he would take case for $2,500 at anytime attorney decided not to work on matter he should've returned check or a portion of the check back to where the check was sent from..I definitely didn't receive that strong bond as majority in which this a form of DISCRIMINATION! I didn't pay attorney fee just for attorney Frank Lotempio to show up to one court..I wish I would've read the reviews before hiring this attorney..during first appearance the attorney asked my daughter for her phone number..In which I didn't hired attorney for my daughter nor for my attorney to request my daughter's phone number to call her..at first court appearance my daughter stated she can talk for herself she didn't need attorney.Each Attorneys knows the policies regulations by laws to their clients."
