"Sneaky billing tactics. I got an email saying my account was being automatically upgraded to include a $170 annual report filing service, unless I opted out. I never agreed to this. Filing directly with the state costs $70 so they’re slipping in a $100 “service fee.” This is a classic negative option billing scheme, charging customers unless they notice and cancel in time. It’s deceptive and untrustworthy. I can’t recommend this company to anyone"

"Easy to use as a business owner for registered agent service. Easy portal to view documents and they have other services available if needed! Have been using them for several years - you won't find a less expensive option in WA for what is provided."

"I used this company and they deceived me and lied then cost me another $200 and also set my filing to every 3 months so I would have to pay them and the state every 3 months to keep my company open. Do not use this company."
