About:
office@burkebrown.com “Liza was extremely knowledgeable and was very good at explaining things in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner. She did not ‘sugar-coat’ things; but helped us understand what could happen, what our options were and what her experience has shown her was likely to happen. All of this eased some of the huge amount of fear that arises when your child is accused of a crime. Liza was concise and timely every time we talked with her.”

"Absolute Nightmare - Avoid At All Cost. I had signed up for a simple virtual office address for my business online. Before signing up, you’re required to enter a credit card and sign a contract. Fair enough. All things were well until I noticed a “mail forwarding fee” being charged to my account. Nowhere did I sign up for that. I just needed the virtual address. So I went to go look for support...what do you know, there’s no phone number to call. The only thing you can do is “file a ticket”, which my tickets were never looked at, never addressed. I tried visiting the office space in person multiple times, and person behind the desk was always gone (from the testimonials of other reviewers, sounds like I was lucky to never interact with them). It gets better. Then, I noticed that they had removed the credit card I had on file (remember, the one *required* to even sign up?) I had no idea that my account was being charged late fees…until I got an email from the internal collections department, threatening to take my info to an outside collections agency. Well, at least this email had a phone number. So I called and explained the issue, and even asked her on the phone, “Don’t you find it odd that there isn’t a single phone number I can call for support? What am I supposed to do when the lady at the office is never there and my tickets aren't being looked at?” Long story short, there was a TON of back and forth, bouncing between internal collections, global help desk, ticket help desk, finance, Bellevue location…but the people that needed to look at my account to make changes were finally looped in. After some time, things were reversed (but of course, still locked into my contract). Cherry on top? I noticed the “auto-renew” was turned on in my account, automatically locking me into another year’s commitments (I never agreed to that!). Imagine dealing with another year of all this. And after all that, the gall to keep sending me promo emails. I just needed a simple virtual office address. Just amazing what these companies get away with these days, and the hoops they make you jump through to fix *their* mistakes. I’m telling you, look elsewhere for your office needs."

"I’ve been using Regus for a while now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The space itself is clean, professional, and designed to foster productivity. Whether I need a quiet spot to focus or a collaborative environment to brainstorm, Regus has consistently delivered. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the property manager, Savannah. She is absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. From addressing minor concerns promptly to creating a welcoming environment for all tenants, Savannah truly stands out. Her attention to detail and commitment to making everyone feel valued are evident in how well the workspace is maintained and managed. If you’re looking for a workspace that offers not only great facilities but also a sense of community and excellent management, this Regus location is a fantastic choice. Savannah has set a high bar for what a shared workspace experience should be."

"We were late in payment since the credit card on file was old. They decided to charge $30 late fee -- our monthly fee is $90. This is usurping and illegal."
