"This office is horrible, my mail is getting delivered on a Sunday now instead of Saturday. My entire community didn’t get mail, I have never had this problem. Not sure who’s running this place because this is unacceptable."

"Melisa is very disrespectful!! I don’t know where she came from but I’m tired of seeing her at the front counter. She’s very much racist, I’ll gladly drive to Mccomb post office. This lady is a disgrace."

"I just DON'T TRUST the " system " ANY longer. 🧐 I had went to mail a pkg before the Christmas rush. NO ONE WAS behind the counter when I walked up. There WAS a lady I Could hear talking on the phone behind the wall closest to me. Although there WAS a bell I could have rung, I was in no hurry So I decided to be patient and wait. After a few minutes, she finished her call ( with a disgruntled patron ) but didn't appear. I guess I should have rung the bell INSTEAD of rattling my package. Another employee came out into the lobby for a reason I did not see. She asked If I had rang the bell & I said no. She seemed to get agitated by my NOT ringing the bell. BECAUSE SHE NOW HAD to wait on me INSTEAD ( of the lady behind the wall ). ... I asked IF the package I had was appropriate to mail and she took it from me and said it was. AFTER typing in a few Entries, she said it was going to cost $19.90 !!! I said : THAT MUCH to mail the package ~ Across Town in the SAME zip code ??? at 1st she nonchalantly said: yes. Then looked again and * made a adjustment * afterward saying: $9.90 😉. WHAT would have happened IF I hadn't had questioned her ? This ISN'T the 1st time I've had issues With the postal service. I had bought a postal money order; mailed it registered and insured & it STILL GOT LOST going from Texas to Mississippi !!! It took THREE ( 3 ) WEEKS before that letter arrived !!! €€€ WITH ALL the competitors There IS NOW, ie, UPS, FEDEX, DHL - WE SHOULD EITHER SELL to private investors or shut it down completely and SAVE US ( THE TAXPAYERS ) $6.5 BILLION Dollars."
