"We went and saw Cindy Manchester and she didn’t do anything to help!!! And also she tried to tell my cousin what to do and what not to do then she said oh well I’m sorry I don’t think I’m the lawyer for you. I don’t feel comfortable. Cindy Manchester is a terrible lawyer!!!!! She was trying to coach my cousin and wanted me to leave the room when he wanted me in there for support!!! Don’t go to her!!! She is awful!!!! And I will be calling corporate on her!!!"

"Since January, I've called a few times to hire them to help resolve issues with a contractor. Each time the administrator took the information and said an attorney would call me back. No one has ever called, not once despite me calling their office a few times to request their help. I would not recommend this firm. Very unprofessional."
