"My ex wife filed a family application where she demanded, for me to have monitored visitation, twice per month, two hours period each visit. All this while I was working in the US. I had to request from my employer to fly me back to Canada to make sure, I will make it to court day. I was not aware of her intentions until court day. Prior to court my ex and the Resolution Services Lady made me believe that my kids will be enjoying a shared custody agreement. On court day, they showed their real faces, where they attempted to delete me from my kids hearts! They didn't know, earlier that morning I had retained Madam Tamera Tupou. Who immediately started working on my case. On court day, She defended my kids and myself to the teeth! Madam Tupou obtained a shared custody for my kids and I and also placed a "Non Removal Clause of the Children" as my ex wife, yet is attempting to flee to Germany with my kids. On top of that, Madam Tupou placed a clause for my ex not to be allowed any near my residence. Back in those days, Madam Tupou was a skilled student at law, a true Mormon Lawyer, fighting for a Dad and his kids. As the case continued to develop, I was working in Indiana, but I managed to fly back to Canada a day or two earlier, for another court appearance. Madam Tupou was under the impression that I will not show up to court. But I did, and I showed up earlier. Shortly after arriving I saw Madam Tupou, Two Ladies from the Women's Shelter and my ex, all of them exiting from a meeting room. This meeting took place on my back, as soon as Madam Tupou saw me, the way she looked a me had drastically changed "The eyes never lie". Clearly, Madam Tupou was warped up on the lies my ex created. After that our professional relationship ended. I am still fighting for my kids! My ex is yet trying to get full custody for her to flee to Germany. I am a self represented litigan now, on the last court appearance (three months ago) it was confirmed and ordered my kids and I will continue to enjoy shared parenting time. Madam Tupou was there probably representing another client. She witnessed how I fought and how I will fight for my kids! I am grateful as well with the Court System, they recognized how important is for a Dad to be in his kids lifes. I am just another Dad! Fighting for his kids! Don't give up out there! Children First!"
