"I called him on a Sunday to help a friend out, and Mr.Waxman took over 20 minutes to talk to me and rationalize all the possibilities and give advice. It’s really hard to find someone as devoted to help others without even expecting a dime, really is such a kind man. Especially the fact that he was willing to go to the station for my friend right away… with the short notice on a Sunday too… this level of devotion to the job is truly admirable and personally I find this to be a really important trait—to be readily available. Thank you for your time, saving your contact but let’s hope I’ll only be giving referrals and won’t be needing the service myself haha"
