"Horrible experience both times I worked with Kathleen Hartle. Said she looked into stuff that she didn't. Told me the amount they took from my security deposit was right. How isnthat if I have proof of rent paid in full every month. She says oh it's not tied to any one month.??!!! Like what??!! That makes no sense at all. If it's paid in full then $250+,doesn't just accumulate out of thin air. What do they care, they get paid either way. I think ghe next step is ghe nys attorney general."

"A man did my intake and it went well. I didn't know if legal aid could help me. The intake person told me that it would take 2-3 days before someone got back to me. Brian Miller called me and told me that because my case hasn't gotten into the court system yet he couldn't help me. However, he did say that his paralegal would reach out to me and further advise me on what to do. He seems like a great lawyer!"
