"I was referred to this place so I assume they are good at what they do. It is really frustrating to submit the reuquested information that they want to review, and then not hear back from anyone. I had reached out several times via email and phone, to never hear back. I finally sent a more firm email asking if they could help or not. Two weeks after our initial conversation, I finally got a "we are not interested" email. This is fine obviously, just wish it didn't take 14 days to hear that."
