"What your Concerns should be Regarding Service from Steve’s Office I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Steve’s office regarding my case. Over a year, I experienced a complete lack of communication and professionalism. Despite paying $2500, no significant progress was made on my case. They reached out multiple times via phone and email, and meetings were scheduled, they often led to no productive outcomes. To my surprise, when I engaged a new attorney and reviewed my file, I discovered that nothing had been submitted on my behalf during the entire duration of my engagement with Steve’s office. This was not only resulted in a significant delay in my case but also caused me considerable stress and frustration. I feel it is essential for future clients to be aware of my experience. I warn you of he ask for $2500 retainer be very cautious in my opinion"

"When my wifes boss came after her in court for an incident at work Steve Bartlett came to the rescue and brought our nightmare to an end. Thank you so much. Funny thing is if the boss would have just settled like I offered to he would have gotten a much better result. It was very enjoyable watching him walk out of the courtroom very unhappy. Also want to thank Jessica as well...she was there to answer our questions and anything she could not answer herself was passed on to Steve. If you are in a nightmare situation like we were Steve's fee was very reasonable and they do have a payment plan."
