She offered her professional opinion in a kind, caring and professional manner which I appreciate. Some experiences have left me feeling like the responder was being hostile or demeaning. Julie exhibited none of those unfavorable traits. She answered quickly, to the point, yet did not make me feel rushed or as if my question was insignificant. She gave me the feeling she genuinely cared.
