"If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time and money and in the end just wanted more money to “ fix” it. Why would we pay more money if you couldn’t even do your job right the first time . Truly, truly disappointed with how they handled our case and how they treated my family member at times."

"I made an appointment for "Political Asylum" (I explained to them during the call the type of service I needed). The day of the appointment arrives, and they tell you they don't even handle this type of process. They refer you to a lawyer in Los Angeles, and you have to pay again for the consultation. Even if they refer you, you'll still need to have both amounts, so keep that in mind. I don't think they should schedule you and waste your time, especially when they don't offer this service. The place is very well located, its facilities and furnishings look really nice, but it's a shame they don't offer this type of service and do this to those of us who are seeking solutions. "I arrived on time for my appointment and he made me wait for more than 40 minutes, then he appeared and didn't give me any concrete answers. His only response was "I'm a good lawyer" and then he gave me his prices. His service sucks. I don't recommend him at all."
