"5 years and nothing but a couple of filings that went nowhere. No court days. Just empty promises. Wasn’t even informed when he was suspended for not doing his job on other cases. He says he would pay me back $3,000 of the $10,000 I gave him. I’ve only seen two payments of $500 and nothing more, not even a text as to why. Just lies and lots of texts that go NO WHERE. I even found things for him that he was going to charge me to have someone else find and still got let down. My son had to VOLUNTARILY withdraw his motion due to being led to believe he would be attending a post conviction hearing. (with a live courtroom video witness from another prison) because he wasn’t told Mr Flethcher NEVER talked to the prosecutor at all beforehand to let my son know there would be NO deals, no time reduction, nothing. He was moved from Crestview to St John’s County to be told he would get out when we already knew he was getting out. I could’ve saved 10 grand and heard that mess for FREE. I have screenshots of every conversation I ever had with Fletcher and his other associates. So their response below is a deflection of their incompetence. Update: now he’s retaliating against this review and intentionally withholding what he says he’d pay back. Scratch a liar, find a thief."
