"My experience with this firm was unfortunately defined by a lack of clarity and follow-through. While I sought independent legal advice, based on my experience, I would not recommend this service for any serious matters. We had an explicit fee agreement that included a specific, refundable amount for potential extra work. Although this extra work was not required, the promised refund was never processed. Instead, I was surprised to receive a new, larger bill with additional charges. Despite having paid in full at the outset, the firm requested more money to cover work that was never agreed. This disorganization in their billing system made an already stressful process more difficult. Furthermore, I encountered significant issues with communication, as timely responses were not provided. It became clear that several important points in our contract, not just the fees, were not being followed. This whole experience made me question the quality of work. The service did not meet my expectations, and I would advise others to ensure any promises made are kept."

"I recently used Sarah and I couldn’t have gotten better results. She did an amazing job from the start. She always kept me in the loop and I got an exceptional deal on a plea even with my terrible criminal record. She re-united me with my Wife and Children and I couldn’t be happier.
