"At the end of the stay away trail I told Matthew Martinez that he did a horrible job straight to his face. I, Venmo Matthew Martinez, $1500 and then I asked for a refund because he did such a bad job he would not give me a refund he said that he did a good job. the whole trial I was telling him exactly what to say and exactly what to mention he would not take my advice and he would not mention what was the most important thing to mention. Mathew Martinez after taking $1500 to represent me twice in a stayaway restraining order case, told me to go ahead and file my own responsive declaration. I don't think that lawyers should be asking their plants to file their own paperwork after accepting their retainer."
