"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I hired Lauren for a custody case based on a referral and prior professional experience. She was unprepared, unresponsive, and offered no real strategy—only repeated requests for more money. Despite my ex making false and serious allegations, all she managed to secure for me was supervised visits and weekly drug tests, all of which came back negative. When I hired a new attorney, they fought for me and ultimately helped me regain custody of my children. Lauren then refused to release my file, claiming I owed her more money. Her conduct was unethical, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary trauma for both me and my children."
