"Very responsive when taking your retainer after that, good luck getting in touch with anyone in this place! I lost everything because my ex husbands attorney was actually doing the job he was paid to do while I can’t even get in touch with Mrs. Coleman! Frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe the feelings I have. Find someone else, ANYONE ELSE, to take your case!!"

"This review is in regard to using Dr. Coleman for a custody evaluation. If you are told by the court or mediator to use her, I would recommend doing whatever you can to use someone else. It took us 11 months to get the report back after she did one interview with each member of the family (2 parents and 3 children). When reaching out for a status update, we were never given a straight answer. She told the lawyers that her Lafayette office reached out multiple times for things yet 6 adults involved never had a missed call, text, or email. Yet, when money was owed the office had no problem reaching either party. She accused both parents of refusing to cooperate with the office when neither had. We wanted this resolved ASAP so why would we do anything to prolong it? She was also instructed by the court to consult the children's counselor for her notes. She did not. If you have the future of 2 families in your hands, would you not want to make sure you had all the information? After going through all of that, we were shocked to see the report. I thought she would have at least had the basic facts right after taking 11 months to ensure she was thorough with it. For example, the other parent is a RN and works 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week and on call most weekends. Her job is also 45 minutes from her home. Dr. Coleman put in her report that she worked from home and was fully available to the kids. Never has she worked from home. That is a monstrous discrepancy if you are putting it as a positive reason for her to have the children during the week. To say the whole experience was incredibly frustrating is an understatement. It was such a waste of time and energy and left us no better off."

"Had full confidence in my case from the start told me it was a walk in the park my ex wanted all kinds of crazy stuff like I get supervised visits with our children twice a month for so many months and drug tested weekly witch I would have to pay for $150 hair follicle test then wanted me to pay child support and much more when I wanted to be fair she gets a week and I get a week no child support for either bc we have the kids the same amount of time and"
