About:
I am a fourth generation Floridian and have always known I wanted to be a criminal defense attorney. I started my legal career as an Assistant Public Defender, where I handled over 1,500 cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. While at the Lee County Public Defender's Office I learned that no matter the charges, everyone deserves the protections afforded under the constitution and the right to competent representation. The experience I gained from working as an Assistant Public Defender has ever prepared me for private practice. I will use that experience and knowledge of the local criminal justice system in aggressively defending your rights. I am a defender of the constitution and agree with Scott Moorey that "Good People Do Get Arrested"! "Attorney Lance went above and beyond for both of my brothers’ cases. From the beginning, he was honest direct and never once gave us false hope. He took the time to explain everything so we felt informed and supported every step of the way, most importantly, he truly thought for us— Like it was personal to him I’ll always be grateful for what he did for our family and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone."

"Lance and the entire team at the Law Firm of Scott T. Moorey were incredible to work with. From the very beginning, Lance was straightforward, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping me through a really tough time. He always made sure I understood what was happening, kept me in the loop, and never made me feel like just another case. What really stood out was how responsive and patient he was. Any time I had a question or concern, he took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and helped ease my stress. If you’re looking for someone who will go to bat for you, treat you with respect, and actually care, Lance is your guy. I’m super grateful I had him and the team in my corner. Highly recommend."
