"I called and explained the case to the office assistant. I was transferred to a female attorney who said she would wrap up a meeting and call me back. She called the next day and asked about the case. I explained the case and provided the court doc so she can review. She said she would review next day and call me back. I've called twice and left messages and still nothing. She knew there's an upcoming hearing in less than a week. Not even a courtesy call to apologize for the delay or to decline the case. Very unprofessional. Definitely not someone you want to pay thousands when there's no communication from the beginning."
