L. Todd Wilson was born and raised in Hillsboro, Oregon. Mr. Wilson graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1990. He then attended Santa Clara University and graduated with honors with a history degree in 1994. Mr. Wilson graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice before all circuit and appellate courts in the state of Oregon, and the United States District Court for the District Oregon. Mr. Wilson concentrates his practice area to cover a broad spectrum of litigation and courtroom work. He regularly handles all types of criminal defense cases – including all felony and misdemeanor cases. He was a chapter author of the 2006 DUII Trial Notebook for the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He also regularly handles Domestic Relations Cases, including all aspects of Divorce, Child Custody, Property Division and Domestic Partnership Dissolution. In addition to those practice areas, he has extensive experience with other types of Civil Litigation cases, including Personal Injury and Contract cases. "Mr. Wilson: $400.00 for initial consultation! $3500. retainer fee. I know of NO person on a limited income which can afford these expenses. Being a veteran and disabled on Social Security finding a good attorney is not possible considering these costs."
