"I do not care wether you are the plaintiff or the defendant you do not treat people the way you treated me the other day. #1 I have taken this into my own hands and I Am planning on contacting the bar association in regards to his behavior and slander (JB). In a summons you do not do "mud slinging" you save that for in the court room. False allegations to a defendant that slander someone's name is wrong when they have done nothing wrong "she snubs her nose at this court room once again." I have never done that and have always been respectful towards others, im sorry your client lost his first battles due to his own behavior however it does not mean to treat people ugly. #2 Everyone's emotions are high when regarding a child! You do not pretend to wave a summons in the air around like its magic and get on one knee and say "you have been served". Everyone deserves the same respect you give your client."
