"I used Kevin, in Warren County. I would not recommend using him in Warren County. He does not seem to know the people there. And I do not feel like that he got me A fair Agreement. So I would not recommend using him in Warren County. He may be good in Dayton, that I don’t know. But he is very expensive, and did not get good results in one county.."
