"Mr. Krueger basically stole $5,000 from me. He was given $5k to represent me and my GF in a separate instance. He showed for court late once completely unprepared for her DUI case. The other part of the deal was he was supposed to help myself get rid of some things on my record from a long time ago. Over a six month period he would not return phone calls or simply reply he was too busy even after he was paid the $5,000. He made no attempt to return the money or do the job he was hired for. I was advised by other attorneys I had very to little no other recourse of action in this matter except to give him bad reviews and warn others not to use his services. The other person who left a negative review for Mr. Krueger sounds like they had the same experience. This man is a complete fraud and will rip you off. Do not use the services of Phillip Krueger. Also this posted under Stockton Badger but the name is actually Jacob Tyler. Mr Krueger was working with a DUI firm in Stockton and there are various receipts and records that this actually happened if he disputes it. The only issue is it would cost more to sue him over the money he stole than would be received."
