Me and my husband called all the time and drove them crazy, they kept very professional, calm demeanor when dealing with our concerns and were great with reassurance. He took us through every step of the journey and gave us advice on how to get better coverage in the future. He wasn’t afraid to explain the process to us and how we could fight back outside of him if we really wanted to.
