About:
I have nearly twenty years of experience as a zealous, no-stone-unturned advocate for individuals facing significant legal challenges. My approach to counsel is detail-oriented and holistic, always delivered with compassion. I represent people in all phases of the Massachusetts family court process including divorce, parentage, child custody, child support, alimony, and complex asset division. Throughout my career, I have represented clients in thousands of matters and have tried both felony and misdemeanor cases before juries, including cases involving felony sexual assaults and serious bodily injuries. My experience spans a wide range of charges, including homicide. As a trial lawyer, I have extensively litigated various legal issues, such as eyewitness identification, coerced confessions, repressed memories, and search and seizure. While practicing in New Hampshire, I provided litigation support to other attorneys, focusing on areas like eyewitness identification and trial skills, including jury voir dire. During my time in law school, I worked for Hon. Gary Katzmann at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, The Innocence Project - New Orleans, and Prisoners' Legal Services (formerly Massachusetts Correctional Legal Services). These experiences honed my skills and built my reputation as a consummate professional, a relentless investigator, and a skilled negotiator. I am recognized as a lawyer of integrity and a formidable opponent. I bring all of these skills to my Family Law practice. My law office offers representation in Family Law matters. I understand that you are facing one of life's greatest challenges, and I am here to guide you through the legal process every step of the way.

"Kristin Weberg represented me in what is called a "contentious divorce" for just over a year in 2021-2022. I'm forever grateful to her and her whole team. When I called her that first time, I told her what sounded like an outrageous story. I was in the death throes of an abusive marriage and the deck was squarely stacked against me. She believed me and agreed to represent me. She assisted me navigate an escape from my abuser. When we had to appear in court her professionalism & preparation were unmatched. She successfully petitioned the court to make accommodations so that he couldn't intimidate me. She left no stone unturned. We were successful in completing the divorce with a fair and favorable outcome. Her office as a whole undertook a considerable amount of work on my behalf while at the same time helping to ensure my safety. You can expect to be treated with kindness and dignity. It's so hard to write this because how do you properly explain someone completely going to the line for you in a few sentences? I think the best way to sum it up is this. You want Kristin on your side in the courtroom. If you have the chance to work with her. Run don't walk."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional legal services she provided. I had incredibly difficult divorce, unnecessarily complicated by my ex and her unreasonable attorney. From start to finish, my experience with Kristin's law firm was nothing short of outstanding. The first thing that stood out to me was her kindness and her calm demeanor, not to mention her professionalism and dedication. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns I had. Not only did she explained the legal complexities in a clear and understandable manner but also developed a strategic approach that ensured the best possible result. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. I always felt informed and involved in every step of my case. This transparency and commitment to keeping me in the loop gave me peace of mind during a challenging legal situation. I would highly recommend Kristin's Law Firm to anyone in need of legal representation. The professionalism, legal expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction are truly commendable. I'm grateful for their outstanding service, and I can confidently say it is a law firm that you can trust. Thank you, Kristin, for your exceptional support and guidance. Sam"
