"I have had Kristen as my attorney for almost 9 years… I have had full legal custody of my child for that entire time as a single father. Through all the hard times she has been there and has never walked out of the courtroom without a victory. I’m very grateful."

"She was worst lawyer I had she didn't help me with my custody with my child. She pretty much helped my ex-wife out, and she gave her more child's port. Money, not to, even though I wanted to try to get that lower down or when we had another case about my child support, she still agreed with her anyway. Don't ever have her worst lawyer ever"

"she charged me $1500 to show up to one court hearing for custody.Every time me or my boyfriend called her she did not return our calls. After the first court hearing happened in berks county, my boyfriends baby mom lives in york county so court started in york county. She never showed up to defend us. Always said she couldn’t make it due to her having other court hearings in berks county. We asked for our money back or atleast half of what we paid and said we only getting $90 back… I advise you if ur looking for someone to actually defend u this is not the person…"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. She was absolutely worthless in my case and didn't listen to me or my concerns at all. She no-showed me at my last hearing, and I didn't receive correspondence from her regarding the matter until I asked for the balance of my retainer. Then and ONLY then was I notified, after already being notified by my ex because he was laughing so hard. It's difficult to get a response from her, so if you do choose to retain her, be prepared to send countless emails and play phone tag. Oh, and to be billed for all of it with ZERO notifications of correspondence between herself and opposing counsel or the judge. You will be kept in the dark about everything and your concerns will be dismissed. Oh, and I had the pleasure (upon further research after my own issues with her) of finding out that she is on probation for the next year for mishandling entrusted funds (Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania) as of 8 October 2020. Please exercise caution when consulting with this attorney. Do not end up as I did. She made matters worse and now there is no fixing my case."
