"DO NOT USE this law firm they will have multiple mettings a month within themselves just to rack up the charges on your bill even after asking them to limit the meetings to once a month very over priced on the fees per hour won't let you tell them no when you tell them you want to settle your case they keep going then you have to pay a deposit of 3,000 and keep on adding things to the fees making g you keep paying them money I ended up with owing more money and got nothing out of the deal except owing more money make sure you go somewhere else for your business"

"Do NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!! No matter what!!! This law firm is an absolute disgrace. Our lawyer did not file ANY of the paperwork that he agreed to. The other lawyer we were against informed us that she hadn’t received any paperwork almost the entire time The charges were OUTRAGEOUS for absolutely NOTHING!! We had no legal counsel hardly during a whole year case. I don’t know how this company hasn’t been reported or shut down. Multi state horrible reviews, terrible lawyers and a money scam. Got further in one court date with zero representation than we got in like 4 court dates. A JOKE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY"

"I used them for my divorce. By the time it was said and done, I had had 3 different attorneys. Was over billed on multiple occasions. On numerous occasions they came to court ill prepared. And when I tried to talk to them on the phone about billing, the refused to because I had my mother on the call who had helped me along the way. I would never use them if I were you. They are crooks."

"I do not recommend this law firm at all. They will charge you ridiculous fees for minimum work completed. I started, did not even get past the first 2 weeks and this law firm charged my credit card without my authorization or knowledge of doing so a total of $17,384 in 16 days! Stay far away from them, they will not give you detailed billing and when you are supposed to be refunded it’s not the right amount. I’m sure the will respond on here and say, due to client confidentiality they cannot respond however they take their clients very seriously. Sure you do, how else would you be able to charge ridiculous amounts. Go to their BBB page and read the reviews as well. I am sadly not the only one that was taken by them. I wish I would have looked there first however I did not."

"I was helping an elderly lady that needed legal help. I provided this firm a full write up of the situation. They decided to move ahead with the call and charged $100. She asked to have me attend the call and the attorney refused. This poor lady has serious medical issues, is being verbally abused by her family. The attorney told this elderly lady that they are a small lawfirm. That is not true. The have not returned the $100. I am not sure if they only target high net worth individuals, but I would not recommend them as a first choice when looking for representation."

"Terrible. Did nothing for me in a multi state custodial despute. Would send me little bills for NOTHING and charge me. Total SCAM. Stay away!!! Huge lawyer group based out of state that will steal any desperate Mother's money. Hasn't been my lawyer in 5 years/case is closed. STILL sending me multiple spam emails and day stating I owe money to the trust account. BBB needs to look into this company."

"I strongly advise exercising caution when considering representation from Keith Fuller and Stange Law Firm. My experience has been disappointing, characterized by unprofessional conduct and excessive fees without tangible results. I retained Keith on September 23, 2024, with a preliminary court hearing set for September 30. He assured me that he could manage the case effectively and would be adequately prepared by the time of the hearing. Despite having all necessary documentation provided at the outset, Keith showed up to court without any of the materials and appeared unprepared. My retainer of $5,000 was completely exhausted within a week, raising concerns about the handling of my case. Furthermore, he was expected to file a substitution of counsel on September 30, but my previous attorney informed me on November 21 that this had not been completed, resulting in additional fees for services that Keith was supposed to provide. Efforts to reach an agreement with the opposing party were undermined by Keith; he claimed he had not received the information I had clearly relayed both verbally and in writing. I retain copies of our correspondence outlining my proposals. Instead of pursuing my suggestions, Keith submitted an entirely different offer to the opposing party and, disconcertingly, stated that he did not care about my preferences. This not only prolonged the case but also led to unnecessary expenses. After voicing my concerns, Keith withdrew from my case just a week before trial. Although I had supplied him with supporting documents, he has failed to return these materials to either my attorney or myself. Instead, I received a USB drive containing none of the crucial documents initially provided. He charged for the upload of these records but is unable to furnish them now. Ultimately, I have paid a total of approximately $13,000 in less than a month—$5,000 for a retainer and additional charges exceeding $7000—only to find myself in a worse position than before. Keith's approach was discouraging, and he did not demonstrate a commitment to my interests. His communication after withdrawing indicated an inability to prepare for the first hearing, a fact that should have been disclosed in our initial meeting. Had I known this potential issue upfront, I would have considered other options for representation. I believe it is justified to request a refund of my retainer from Stange Law Firm, as Keith’s actions did not align with the expectations he set during our initial discussions. His charges seemed excessive, and the anticipated costs were initially projected to be around $7,000 to $9,000. I plan to file a complaint with the Missouri Bar regarding this matter. Moreover, previous discussions with the firm prior to Keith's withdrawal yielded no meaningful resolutions, merely justifications for his shortcomings."

"Do not use this firm. My attorney had no idea why she was even there. While we were in the court house, she leaned over and asked me this. After confronting this situation with her supervisor, she lies to him and stated she never said this and then dropped my case. I wasted my complete retainer. This firm is dishonest, and they will lie to steal your money. Come to find out they are known for this kind of conduct and have a swinging door when it comes to retaining attorneys. Again, if you want to give someone your money, I would choose a charity verse giving this firm anything. This business needs to be shut down for their lack of professionalism, along with other issues. I know that after I leave this review, they will come on here to give a ridiculous explanation as to why, but nothing states is correct or the truth. This firm is not honest at all and will steal your money while giving you a false sense of hope."

"DO NOT USE! I hired an attorney out of the Troy location. But they assigned me an attorney out of the Arnold location, I was charged $700 in attorney fees just for him to drive to court every month. I was told I had to hire a 2nd attorney in the case. Another $2500 retainer. This attorney was out of Washington, Missouri, and he used all of my retainer fee just to show up to the first court date for the judge to dismiss it in the attorney never to say one word. my first attorney quit the law firm and moved to Texas and I was assigned another new attorney which I was charged for him to review all my case file. in total, I have spent over $14,000 at 6 court dates for nothing at all to happen. The law firm constantly put my money into the wrong trust account, which causes me to pay interest on my bill. Customer care is horrible, I highly recommend finding counsel somewhere else, and not using Stange law firm"

"They got me my overdue win on a case out of the normal without going to trial. I did have enough evidence on my side to prevent that anyhow. Biggest downfall was the cost and having 3 different lawyers over the course of 10 months. However, each of the lawyers I had were AMAZING to say the least. Big thank you to every single one of them, Danielle Frazier, Craig Goza, and last but certainly not least Matthew Pool. They each played significant roles in my case, were extremely hard working, willing to explain things I didn’t understand and always kept me up to date. Anyways, if you have the funds this law firm will provide you with the best lawyers in the field of family law. I’m so happy all of this is over! "I originally met with James Ahearn at the Clayton office for my consultation. I was very impressed with James and happy with that meeting, however James was not assigned my case. Instead I was assigned to Craig Goza in the Ellisville office, 45 minutes away from where I live. While Craig has been very passionate and supportive of me and my family goals, I have been disappointed with the process. It took close to 3 months for my initial motion to be filed. During that time and since then, a lot of expensive research and consulting has been done, but we just now have possible steps to get me towards a settlement, seven months and tens of thousands of dollars later. We're closing in on a year with nothing resolved, so this review is subject to change. Update 02/28/21: Assigned a new attorney and worse off than I was before."

"I hired Craig to help me with a family matter. I did an initial consultation with the firm and agreed to have them represent me. Once I signed the paperwork I was assigned Craig. I had to start over from the beginning, retelling my background story and why I needed help. It felt like Craig was more concerned with billing me hours versus helping me. I spent thousands of dollars with no resolution or help. It was a big waste of money. I did not have a good experience with the firm or Craig. Hire someone else."
