"I just bought a 2026 Kia Carnival. I really love this vehicle. My sales associate Randy was so patient with me and really made sure I was happy with my experience. Randy went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and he there was something he wasn't sure of, he for sure got me the answer right away. Thank you so much Randy! In a way you made me feel like family and I am very grateful. Everyone was really great, I didn't see one person who didn't say a gentle hello when they passed me. "Walked into Kirby today with a half-formed dream to possibly get a newer Subaru and Bobby made it happen. From his reassuring, easygoing greeting and no-pressure attitude, he made looking for my new car stress free and honestly enjoyable. As someone who has also worked in sales, I recognize how important it is to seal the deal when you can, but at no point in time did I feel like I absolutely had to leave with one of their cars. Bobby listened to me and my price point and worked with me to get as close to it as possible without sacrificing what really mattered in my car. Ultimately, I’d say this was probably one of the easiest car shopping experiences I’ve ever had and navigated myself and I credit Bobby and the rest of the kind (including the receptionist Aimee) and professional team with helping to make it all happen."
