About:

For over 28 years, Bucks County Family Law and Divorce Attorney Kevin Zlock has had a very successful career as one of the top family law attorneys in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Attorney Kevin Zlock is a founding partner of Zlock, PC. The firm has offices in Yardley, PA and Doylestown, PA. Kevin Zlock received his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1990. Kevin's practice focuses on divorce, custody, support, and property division issues, with the goal to resolve matters outside of court, but he is ready to litigate, if necessary. His wealth of experience allows him to provide clients with an understanding of how to structure and negotiate divorce settlements and to help them to determine how they should handle their assets and investments during divorce proceedings. Kevin assesses the short-term and long-term effects of dividing property, as well as of paying or receiving child support, spousal support/APL, and alimony. He creates a road map with the client's full participation to achieve satisfying results at the end of the divorce. In order to tailor his approach to the individual client's situation, Kevin reviews his client's goals for life after divorce, which review includes determining earning potentials, projecting earnings on investments, collecting asset and expense data, and determining whether the client can assume the expenses of the marital residence, if desired, and if staying is not feasible or desired, calculating what the client can afford. By all accounts, Kevin is best known for his proven track record of successfully litigating custody cases. While it is always his intent to settle custody issues outside of court, in a way that is in the best interests of the children, he is without a doubt a talented and tenacious litigator who is meticulously prepared for Court. "No BS team with results Very patient, knowledgeable and calm. No BS from Tim. He always knew how to move forward even during a dicey custody battle. He's worth the money and will tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want. His team is very professional and provided great coaching and support before heading into court as well."

"Zlock & Grisillo is a FANTASTIC firm! These folks are thorough, caring, and will fight for your rights and your children. I worked with Kacey Todaro (formerly McCann) today in what had the potential to be a "cut throat" custody battle for my son because of certain serious concerns involving his mother's "extracurricular habits" that we had compiled a mountain of evidence to support our filing. Mrs. Todaro was extremely kind, compassionate to our concerns, and an absolute Lioness in the courtroom after the opposition conceded due to the case being that strong. Mr. Amir Stark was equally as compassionate and fierce in his approach to fighting the initial battles of custody, child support, and the emergency petition for custody modification. All of the ladies in the office I'd spoken with at any point during this long fight for my son's safety were absolutely amazing and truly cared about my case and child's safety which was the paramount cause of this fight. Thank you ALL for everything you have done, not for me... but for my child."

"After previously consulting with six different attorneys, I knew within minutes of speaking with Mark Zlock that he was the right choice. For over a year now, I have worked with Mark on several complex family and business legal matters. His exceptional preparation and strategic thinking have led to consistently successful outcomes. Mark excels at handling complex cases with meticulous attention to detail. He is consistently available for communication, which is invaluable in complicated cases. His courtroom skills are outstanding. Additionally, Mark has built a network of attorneys who are experts in their respective fields, and he regularly consults with them to ensure the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend Mark Zlock highly enough for anyone facing a complex legal matter."

"I hired him as a divorce lawyer and he asked for a $3500 retainer. On the initial consultation, he charged me for three hours of talking which was almost $1400. All useless. I tried to settle out of court and told him immediately and he kept on billing me. I’m almost up to $8000. Just because I fired him and asked him questions about my bill. He keeps adding money that I owe him. Don’t go to this guy. He is such a bad character. I am filing a bar complaint so that I don’t owe him $8000 and that he should pay me back money from my retainer. Please don’t go to this law, firm, for your sake."
