"I have been trying to get ahold of this lawyer since May 22nd. I have called all the lines, e-mailed, etc. I recieved a formal letter from him and needed to speak to him about our case and he has yet to get ahold of me even though hisd etter states to direct all calls and communication to his office. How is this helpful? Who is he protecting?"

"Mr. Kern came to me highly recommended, By an by a prestigious attorney in San Diego, and now I understand why. Even in what was an emotionally charged and frankly petty case, he remained grounded—focused on the law and the facts. He never allowed the lowbrow tactics of the opposing party to derail the process or distract the judge from what truly mattered: the truth. Navigating the court system is tough, especially when your opponent is a skilled manipulator—an expert-level narcissist who could force out tears on cue. I genuinely feel for judges; they don’t know the people standing in front of them, and it’s easy to see how one could get swept up in the emotional drama. At one point, it felt like the judge was leaning into the gaslighting and theatrics of the other side. But Mr. Kern calmly and firmly brought the courtroom back to reality. He reminded the court of the law and refocused attention on the lack of real evidence, the doctored documents, and the fact that the parties had no interaction whatsoever.
