After working for Colorado Legal Services, Mr. Leier served as a prosecutor for the Weld County District Attorney’s Office. As a County Court prosecutor, he successfully handled thousands of DUI cases, Driving Under Revocation cases, assaults, domestic violence cases, and traffic violations. As a District Court prosecutor, he handled thousands of drug cases; ranging from simple possession to distribution. Mr. Leier has also had the honor of serving as a member on the Weld County Drug Court treatment team. Over the course of his career, he has handled every type of criminal case from speeding to 1st Degree Murder. He believes his experience as a prosecutor gives his clients an edge because he can communicate effectively with the prosecution to get the best possible outcome for his clients. Mr. Leier believes that the outcome of your case is a direct result of how hard your attorney is working for you, that is why he proudly offers 24 hour a day assistance to his clients. He understands that his clients don't just have questions between the hours of 8 and 5 and that law enforcement officers work around the clock. He believes that if law enforcement officers are working 24 hours a day to build a case against you then your lawyer should be working just as hard to protect your freedom.

"I called Kent the day before my first court experience ever. After my car accident, I felt so overwhelmed with the thought of having to go to court. Kent took my phone call and walked me through exactly what to expect and he was spot on. He took time, care and gave me such valuable and helpful insight. I am so thankful for his kindness and for his swift call back when I need a grounding force. If you are looking for honesty, deep compassion and prompt care, Kent and his team are the ones for you. Thank you, thank you Kent. This phone call with you is something I will never forget."

"Kent is an excellent lawyer. He was very professional, courteous and informative in a very difficult situation. Kent is honest and genuine and very accessible for questions. I never expected to be in this situation, and Kent and Ingrid kept me informed and walked me through the process. Thanks to his hard work, Kent was able to get my case dismissed. I would give him 10 stars if that were an option! I am extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend Leier Law Firm!"

"Worst lawyer ever!!! My first charge in my entire life for a dwai refusal with a non alcoholic offense ended up getting the book thrown at me plus I had to get a breathalyzer in my car for two year!! Ended up violating my probation for weed and had to do 75 days in work release. This charge continues to fallow me long after my arrest. Heads up this guy will do absolutely nothing for you. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS MAN AS A LAWYER SYPER RXPENSIVE AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU. Apparently he was a DA he just wants to pick up your money and turn around and do nothing for you stay far away. My friend got the same charge twice got it finished and never had a breathalyzer in his car. WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER RECCOMEND THIS GUY TO ANYOYNE!!!!!!!!!!!"
