About:

I grew up in northern Kentucky and that is where I learned the value of hard work and compassion. My dad is a retired steel foundry laborer, I watched him come home everyday beat up, sometimes burned, and tired. My mother also worked various jobs in Northern Kentucky to provide for me and my brother. I knew at an early age that I wanted to earn my living helping working people and families like my own. I am very proud to say that I am a first generation attorney. I graduated from Campbell County High School, Northern Kentucky University, and then attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where I earned my Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, I got my first courtroom experience working for the late Robert Jacobs as a Certified Legal Intern in the Public Defender's Office in Fort Myers, Florida. My past experiences have shaped how I view the world today and I am extremely proud of my blue collar roots. I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while working for Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, a top personal injury firm in Fort Myers, Florida. I will forever be indebted to the Sheiner's for trusting me to be a part of their challenging fast paced environment. I then went to work in Naples, Florida for Scott Martin Roth and Associates, as my heart was drawing me back the criminal defense world and the rewarding work of family law. While working with Scott, I personally represented individuals in all types of family law and criminal defense matters. I am currently a member of the Bergermann Law Firm

"This lawyer consulted me and spent hours reviewing my case on my terrible experience and help needed against holly chernoff and how much of a monster she was to me and her incorrect and illegal billing then a week ago rated her 5 stars on google. completely unethical - would not recommend him."

"I had an absolute terrible experience with Ken Turner as my lawyer. He acts extremely confident and responsive and on top of things when he’s ready to collect your money when you first hire him and then throws your case on the back burner, never gets back to you and in my case neglected to do what he was hired for no matter how simple imy case was as. It’s sad that lawyers are typically like this no matter how much you reach out to him trying to get information or updates months go by and he does absolutely nothing including communicate with you with what’s going on. I hired him as a divorce attorney, and every time that I actually was able to get him on the phone it was as if he had never even looked at my case. He filed the divorce in the wrong county, screwed up my my financial affidavits and once he finally got it filed, he never ever got it to a process server and over a month went by and he refused to answer any phone calls text or emails except for a two word text message saying that he does that when asked if I needed to reach out to a process server to handle his job for him. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere he is a crook and a typical incompetent attorney that uses his birthday and visiting his mother as excuses on why he’s not available to respond to your phone calls emails or text for weeks or months at a time. Completely unprofessional and refused to refund any of the $2600 that was given to him for doing absolutely nothing. Honestly, I wish it would allow me to do zero stars because that’s what I would’ve left him. I do not have a ton of money, especially with the situation. My family is going through And he absolutely has zero care or consideration for your needs as your hired attorney. Stay away!!!"

"No idea why there’s bad reviews… this man took my case LAST MINUTE, not only that, but, this man saved me money. This man cares! You can tell from just talking to him. Treats you like a person instead of a number or paycheck. My case isn’t finished yet but I have full confidence and no doubts at all. Thank you for representing me sir."
