"I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatology office. Communication was practically nonexistent. calls and messages were never returned in a timely manner, and I was left confused about my appointments and treatment plan. On top of that, they were consistently late to see me, even when I showed up on time. The lack of respect for patients’ time was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the patient care was terrible and I would not recommend this office to anyone."

She treated me with a level of professional excellence from diagnosing my needs to executing a treatment plan and flawlessly taking care of my dermatology needs. Being in the medical business for 42 years, it is a rare experience for me to receive such world-class medical care from a brilliantly trained professional. Sheryl's knowledge and treatment is like no other I have ever experienced in any dermatology setting. She is highly skilled and I have recommended her to my family and friends."

"This review is long overdue. Their incompetence resulted in permanent scarring of my son’s face. Bad acne runs in my family and that of my husband’s. Anybody could see how bad my son’s face looked. Having experienced acne myself back in the day, Accutane was the only thing that worked. We spent two years going to this office. Each visit I begged them to prescribe Accutane and instead they refused and loaded him up with various other medications and creams that did nothing. At one point they even prescribed my son (who was going through puberty at the time) a drug that is only supposed to be used on female patients due to its estrogen levels. I only found this out after we switched dermatologists and they reviewed his medical records. At our first visit with new dermatologist, the doc took one look at my son’s face and immediately prescribed Accutane. The acne cleared up shortly after treatment began, but sadly the damage was already done and the scars on his face are a constant reminder about how bad DermaSpaMed, Dr Labrecque and the other doctors in this office are."

"Expect to explain yourself 3 times while the Dr then asks " How can I help you?? I just filled out numerous papers explaining everything as well , then explained to your staff I say. . Wow just wow, I'll just say the entire staff ( including the Dr.) is low performing. They failed to perform the minimum standard care and will be reported. My concern is skin cancer and it was not adressed. This Dr is intimidated by beautiful women who speak their mind I think. His staff is so low vibe I'm assuming he has a jealous boyfriend or girlfriend ."
