About:

Ken White is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Currently, less than 3% of active New Jersey attorneys hold any type of board certification. If you were seeking the help of a doctor to address a serious medical condition you would likely seek out a Board Certified medical professional. It is respectfully suggested that your potential divorce / family law matter is no less serious or important, and for that reason you should seek the assistance of a Certified Attorney. For more information about Supreme Court Certification please see the following: http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/supreme_doc/njbac/. In addition to having been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney Ken White has been appointed to the Assignment Judge’s Family Law Committee of Middlesex County. The purpose of the committee is to help shape policy and procedure within Family Court of Middlesex County. Further, at the request of the court Ken serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County. The Early Settlement Panel is comprised of two attorneys appointed by the court to arbitrate divorce cases on a volunteer basis. Ken has served in this capacity on a regular basis since 2001. Additionally, Ken has been repeatedly appointed by the Family Court to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem and as a Mediator for the purpose of helping members of the public bring their family law litigation to a successful conclusion. Whether you are in need of an attorney to help you finalize you divorce in a swift, amicable matter by settlement or an experienced trial attorney prepared to aggressively represent your interests before the court Ken White is the right attorney for the job.

"I still remember walking into Mr. Ken’s office on day one — shaking and in tears — completely blindsided after receiving divorce papers from a sheriff, filled with false allegations against me and my family. I had believed my husband and I were heading for a mutual divorce, so this came as a complete shock. From that very first meeting, Mr. Ken not only calmed me down but made me feel protected, heard, and informed. He guided me through every step of the process with clarity, compassion, and strength. He doesn’t threaten the other party or raise his voice — instead, he handles everything with calm professionalism and a deep understanding of the law. Thanks to his expertise and determination, I was able to secure what was rightfully mine under the law. There’s a reason why he’s certified by the Court for matrimonial law — and his work clearly shows it. Words really cannot describe how much I recommend Mr. Ken. He’s not just an outstanding attorney, but a steady, reassuring presence when you need it most."

"If you are looking for an attorney who is incredibly experienced with family/matrimonial law, Ken White is who you are looking for. He was incredibly professional, understanding and helpful along the way, along with being extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. His staff were a pleasure to talk with as well when needed, and were always aware of what was going on. Ken uses tact and sticks to the facts, which in my opinion will get you further in the courts than unnecessary aggression. There is a reason why he is certified by the Court for matrimonial law, and his work shows that. Words really cannot describe how much I recommend Ken."
