"I would highly recommend not going through this law firm. I paid almost 7k for one court appearance. He managed to get me on supervised visits with my child. Not only did he miss his first court date he said he was going to be at for a consolation. But wanted to withdraw due to case being too “complicated”. Got attitude when not getting code for a drug test from judge and I took two days off and drove to Wichita multiple times and ended up finding a clinic that would do it on spot on my own. Not helpful at all and would highly recommend to stay far away from this law firm if you like bogus charges and throwing away money."

"*Do not hire this law firm.* While our initial attorney, Louretta, was knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive in handling our parental kidnapping case when my stepson was taken, she unexpectedly left the firm just two months into what became a six-month legal ordeal. We were then assigned to Dakota, whose approach felt passive and disengaged. Rather than guiding us through options, he often stated his preferences without explaining alternatives—and later deflected all blame when outcomes didn’t go well. The final straw was a missed court hearing. Despite us receiving an official notice with the scheduled time, Dakota claimed he received a different time from the Court and also relied on an informal agreement with opposing counsel to extend the hearing. Regardless of that agreement, as our attorney, he had a duty to confirm directly with the court. When we questioned this serious oversight—especially after being billed for that time—he deflected responsibility. We’ve now been disputing this issue with the firm for over three months, but they have stopped responding to our calls and emails. Instead, they continue to add late fees to the balance we are actively contesting. If we could do it over, we would have gone elsewhere. We strongly advise caution before hiring this firm."

"When I started my legal separation, it was very slow moving. When Mrs. Mitchell took over my case things began to gain traction. She worked very efficiently and effectively to close the matter in a very timely manner and gain a favorable outcome. It was a hard process, but it was worth every penny."
