"I did not ultimately receive services from this attorney, and I’m disappointed that the consultation was scheduled at all. I had informed the staff beforehand that I reside in Kansas, so I was unaware that jurisdiction might prevent the attorney from taking my case. I feel this should have been clarified before the consultation was set. As someone currently going through a divorce and financial hardship after being a stay-at-home parent, every expense matters. Unfortunately, I paid for a consultation that provided limited guidance due to the jurisdiction issue. Additionally, I was placed on hold for a significant portion of the call due to an emergency, which I understand, but it made the session feel even less helpful. Overall, I believe better screening and communication before scheduling could have saved both time and money. Keyry Perez"
