DVLawyers AI Summary:

The Colorado Lawyer Team focuses primarily on providing compassionate and dedicated legal representation in a variety of practice areas, including criminal defense, family law, and domestic violence. With a strong commitment to understanding the complexities of each case, they emphasize a holistic approach to legal support, recognizing that legal issues often intersect with personal struggles. Their attorneys strive to create a supportive environment for clients who may be feeling vulnerable during challenging times. The firm’s tone is notably empathetic and trauma-informed, aiming to reassure survivors of domestic violence that their cases will be handled with care and respect. They recognize the serious implications that domestic violence allegations can have on a person's life, relationships, and overall well-being. Their approach is rooted in a belief that every client deserves a fair chance and thorough representation, particularly those facing the stigma and fear associated with domestic violence charges. If you are a survivor seeking legal assistance, the Colorado Lawyer Team could be a promising fit if you require help with issues like custody battles, divorce proceedings, or protection orders. Their emphasis on understanding the emotional weight of family law and domestic violence cases suggests they are equipped to handle sensitive situations with the necessary care and attention. However, it’s important for survivors to feel comfortable and supported in their choice of legal representation, so if you’re looking for a firm that prioritizes a survivor-first approach and holistic support, you may want to reach out for a consultation to see if their services align with your legal needs.

"Called them for Mediation that could take 2 days and she told me that would cost me $12,000.00 TO DO WHAT seriously this Lawyer is going to require 12k for 2days of work just to sit there and Mediate and listen"

"Although I’m glad my civil case was not taken at this firm in avoidance of time and money being wasted - it’s quite questionable as to why cases & I quote “like mine” can’t be considered due to case load (civil case). When I inquired about the type of cases being taken at this time I wasn’t offered an exact answer - rather than the case load. This would be completely fine & acceptable, if the firm stated they are NOT taking any cases at this time. If you’re looking for a firm - I can only suggest continuing to search as the case load is too high during this time for this firm."

"I recommend the services of this firm, specifically Samantha Walsh. She worked with me on multiple occasions. Samantha gave a strong representation at a fair rate during our time working together in a case of family law matters. I strongly recommend her services along with all of the staff at this Firm."

"I've worked with Aubrey for a number of years now and she is the attorney you should have by your side when you are navigating a high conflict divorce or post separation abuse/divorce issues that impact children. Her ability to stay calm in the courtroom, strategic and responsive is truly a rare find. Her professionalism, ethics, intellect, communication, sound advice and wisdom is exactly what a client needs for any type of divorce. I'm grateful to have someone who truly is passionate about her career, communicates well and is willing to truly talk through things without any "ego" issues. She also has a very strong, experienced and knowledgeable Legal Assistant who is very professional and great to work with too. I highly recommend Aubrey to anyone experiencing divorce or a high conflict divorce (i.e., Cluster B Personality Disorder) to help navigate the complicated process and offer sound advice during a very challenging time and emotional time in their life."
