"I had a fantastic experience with Family Law SD. We had our initial consultation with Garrison Klueck and he did a fantastic job in helping us understand the process and intricacies of our prenuptial agreement. I highly recommend Family Law"

"I am just a few days in with attorney Bryan Yerger, paralegal Tony Haro and between they and founding partner Bud Kluek really taking the time to listen to the complexities of my case I have more confidence working with this team than I've had in quite a while. I've been through two attorneys so far over a 3 and 1/2 month divorce/custody battle. First one was Men's Legal Center and they dropped the ball every chance they had to make a play. Disorganized, unncommicative, unprofessional, always unprepared and Melody Grover & owner/resident nutjob craig candalore outright lied to me more times than I can count. My second lawyer Carole Baldwin I liked and was more professional but self professed as "known for settling" which would have been great but when you're dealing with someone who has narcissistic personality disorder, I told her from our first meeting that settling was going to be highly unlikely. After about a month on the case she was hardly ever in her office taking almost as many personal days as my unemployed wife, spending more time enabling my wife's narcissism, ignoring my pleas to stop trying to mediate minor things like pick up and drop off times via countless emails between myself my wife and minors Councel puposely draining my retainer when we have a court-ordered app that we are supposed to communicate about the children on. She allowed my wife who has no attorney, dictate every move and deplete my retainer in the blink of an eye with nothing but emails. Always waited until the day before a hearing to even discuss the hearing and never did a single thing I asked. She was always unprepared and every opportunity to give pushback or God forbid to put up some sort of argument, she let every one slip past her. Never came up with a game plan of any kind. Every chance she had to advocate for me she failed miserably making decisionafter decision without my approval after we already discussed a plan. She spent 70% of every conversation talking over and arguing with me. No time for me or anything gameplan but all the time in the world to send endless and EXPENSIVE emails. 🤦🏼‍♂️ I get a much better feeling from San Diego Family Law. Attorney Bryan and 20 yr paralegal Tony seem to connect and bounce well off one another. They seem honest and honestly concerned for my children and I. The billing appears to be transparent, staff is friendly and founding partner Bud Kluek instills the calming presence of the old ship's captain who's seen it all and knows he will guide his crew through the storm and hopefully get us back to port safely. So far so good. Updates as we go. 🤞🏼😬🛠🇺🇸"

"Mr. Klueck's team did not support me as their client. I was sold on the idea that they would be with me during my divorce process, but Mr. Yerger and Mr. Haro avoided me more than informing/advising me on the divorce proceedings. Based on their actions, I sincerely do not believe they are there for the best interest of the client. I recommend you look elsewhere for legal services."

"FAMILY LAW SAN DIEGO! I am incredibly grateful! This team has truly become like family to me. They supported me at every stage of the process. Their attention to detail regarding my case was impressive, and their expertise was evident! I must express my gratitude to Bud for the initial consultation. Aveen subsequently connected me with an outstanding legal team, Brayan and Tony, who were fierce advocates in court. If you are looking for a knowledgeable legal team that will fight for you at all costs, this is the law firm you should choose! They were relentless and played a crucial role in helping me regain custody of my children! Just know you will be cared for deeply when you choose this law firm, it's a no brainer! I would also like to express my gratitude to Amanda and Blake for their support in answering my calls and connecting me with the appropriate individuals. This Law Firm was Heaven sent! Thank you again Family Law San Diego!"
