"If you’re looking help in a divorce proceeding look no further than Dan O’Connell and his team. Highly recommended!"

"Avoid at all costs. My fiancée has been working with Chris as a parenting consultant for months and can barely get an email response on her case. It takes weeks if not months to get a reply — and that’s just from his assistant. Meanwhile she’s charged for “hours” of fruitless work on her so called case. These delays create unnecessary stress, and hardship for families already dealing with high conflict and poor communication. It’s honestly disgusting and it’s the kids, caught in the midst of this mess that suffer from the delays and lack of action."

"I cannot recommend Melanie Nelson. I hired her to ensure the court respected my equal parenting time after my child support documents were repeatedly rejected, which left my children without access to food assistance. She went on vacation without completing the work I hired her for and left me without any legal support. When I raised this urgent matter, she dismissed it, stating it was “not an emergency” and that if I felt it was, I should find another lawyer. Her absence directly contributed to the situation she then dismissed. Even in her last communication, she instructed me to resubmit documents that had already been submitted and rejected, showing a lack of attention to the work that was done. Family law clients rely on competent, attentive, and thorough representation. Ms. Nelson’s repeated absences and lack of responsiveness make it clear she cannot provide that. Her callous response to my concerns show a deep lack of compassion for her clients, who are often going through the most stressful and draining process they will ever experience. Such a dynamic requires an individual who understands the grave emotional cost of such a case, not someone who chastises clients for worrying about how I will feed my kids if my ex wife can illegitimately claim all benefits for her home. I've never left a negative review for a lawyer in the five years I've been fighting this, because I understand the subjective and ever changing nature of the beast. What makes me feel compelled to leave this is just how ugly it is to tell a struggling single father (from whom you just received $2500) that this isn't an emergency."

"In my opinion you should not waste your time, money, or energy having Chris Vatsaas as your Parenting Consultant. He took months to issue straight forward decisions. It was absolutely clear we were not a priority, he either has too much already on his plate, or something else is going on causing him to take months to communicate. I felt very much like we were treated as an afterthought. Overall very unhappy with the process."

"I was referred to Alexandra “Allie” L. Michelson at Tuft by a friend, and from our very first consultation, I felt an incredible sense of relief. Allie is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled in family law, but she also has a warm, approachable demeanor that made a difficult time feel more manageable. Her compassion, professionalism, and clear communication gave me the support I needed to navigate my divorce with confidence. Thank you, Allie — I would wholeheartedly recommend you for any family law matter, any day of the week!"
