"I am disgusted with Kym Worthy and the fact her office levied no charges in the animal cruelty case involving Gideon. She is taking the easy way out, and she let down every animal in the State doing it. Just disgusting. It is truly time for her to go! Time for someone who TRULY upholds the law. Kym Worthy, you should be ashamed."

"So the day of the jury trial my ex decided to give tampered with evidence, made up phone records, altered text messages to his attorney and the prosecutor. The prosecutor had months to prepare for trial, I submitted over 50 pieces of evidence months before the trial. Not one piece of evidence was used in court. They didn't even call me to let me know when the verdict was in. There are no victims rights in Wayne County. They continued to let my stalker harrass me even when he was out on bond for aggrevated stalking, never put is name in the Lein database so when I went to file a police report for violating the bond and protection order, the police were unable to do anything because Wayne County Prosecutors didn't update their database, even after I told them of the problem. A warrant request wasn't even issued till 10 months later. My ex abused me and our kids and further abused us thru the court system. I've been waiting on a warrant request for child abuse for 3 months now and nothing. Wayne county needs to do better at protecting and getting justice for their victims"
