"Nasty apartment, always smelt of musky mold and weed. The weirdest of the weirdest of tenants lived there. Every Friday and Saturday you get a 12am wake up call from the drunks outside and unfriendly music playing. People who lived above me were loud and walked around like a bunch of elephants. No way to live man no way to live unless your a rockstar vampire"

"Loved the Dean! Our apartment was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the events downtown and the music."

"If you want musk, mold, weed smoke and endless smoke this is your place! Moving in, I knew it would be loud, but it takes the cake. Jesus dude blaring 130db in your window at 2am about going to hell, or just the constant drunks and bars that go till 2am or later. Constantly dealing with mold in the bathroom since the ventilation didn’t work. I’m a very clean person and it was a daily scrub to keep the mold off the wall after just a quick shower. Hallways smelled like stale mold, weed and cigarette smoke. Management doesn’t exist! I was without AC for a whole week! The phone number goes to a 3rd party answering service who has no idea who actually manages the complex. Your only way to contact is through the app, and good luck getting a response! Shared laundry room is absolutely disgusting and not taken care of. Machines have taken a lot of my money and not worked properly many times. Unless you don’t care about cleanliness, work 7pm - 3am, have allergies, love the smell of skunk weed, or constant noise, not the place for you. So glad my lease was up."

"I lived here from February 2021 to August 2021. My leaving had nothing to do with the building, and I incurred the fees expected for breaking a lease. This is a decent place to live. I paid $1,200/mo for a one bedroom apartment, so if your rent is more than that, ask about what improvements have been made. The staircase is exceptionally narrow, which made moving furniture difficult. The elevator was out about once a week, including the day I moved out, which was hell on Earth. Staff is very difficult to reach. While Internet is provided in the building, you'll want your own if you plan in doing anything more taxing than streaming media or more private than checking email. The setup process for my internet took me three weeks, as I was unable to get ahold of the office staff. Very loud, but if you're a night life person, you'll love it."
