"please don’t choose this law firm, they are very money hungry and will not keep you updated on your case, nor communicate. you will never get a response back and if you do it’ll be like 3 days later, not to mention they failed to notify the other party about a ex parte order and failed to serve them with the forms until i had to tell them, & still charged me for services they didn’t do. Because of lack of communication and never knowing updates on my case i ended up switching to another law firm who was AMAZING and wasn’t just money hungry! Family law is something very personal!! please choose wisely on who you get to represent you and don’t waste your money on this law firm!!"

"I hired Joshua Baskin because he seemed professional at first, but that changed once I paid him off. Communication was terrible he took days to respond and rarely called back when promised. Despite expressing my concerns, nothing improved. Towards the end, he didn’t show up to court a few times, sending someone else last minute without proper notice, which made me feel like I wasn’t getting my money’s worth. He also told me that getting house arrest wasn’t possible, but my current attorney made it happen. This guy just wants your money and doesn’t put in the effort once he’s paid. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for reliable representation."

"I hired this attorney for a custody and visitation case — and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I paid nearly $5,000 for the retainer. Later, they charged me another $1,240 without notice — after I had already ended the service. When I asked for an invoice, he claimed he had sent it. I asked him to forward it again — no reply. Still waiting. Completely unprofessional. Throughout the case, he showed little effort or interest. Poor communication, no real guidance, and no clear legal strategy. I asked him to contact the father directly to negotiate — he said okay, and then never did it. That was one of many experiences that showed me he wasn’t taking my case seriously. Just a procrastinator doing the bare minimum to say the job was done. The only time I got a quick response was before he got paid. Once the money was in, everything changed — delayed replies, vague answers, and no sense of urgency. Felt like he just wanted to get it over with and move on. I saw bad reviews before hiring him, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. If you're reading this — trust the red flags. I didn’t, and I regret it. If you're dealing with something as important as custody and visitation, you need someone who’s responsive, honest, and actually works with heart. This was the opposite. No care, no integrity — just a money grab."
