Consider my office in Columbia @ (601)731-2098 for all your legal needs. As a 38 year old Christian, I am married 17 years with three children, a son and two daughters. I was raised in Marion County on a farm in the Improve-Blue Springs Community attending Bassfield schools for ten years and East Marion for two to graduate. I then served active duty in the U. S. Army. Thereafter, after trade school at PRCC, I worked in the heating and air conditioning trade until I was injured and returned to school. With the support of my wife I successfully attended PRCC and USM obtaining my bachelor degree in history and political science and went on to Ole Miss to obtain my law degree by December 2002. I have worked for a criminal prosecutor, civil litigation defense firm, and opened my office as a solo practitioner five+ years ago in Columbia. I have worked and tried cases in the circuit, chancery, justice, municipal, and youth courts, which include issues of contract, warranty, professional liability, real property, criminal defense, employer discrimination, personal injury, and family law. I have the intelligence, energy, and devotion to provide quality service and provide those services with integrity, ethically and in accordance with the law. My individualism and idealism has led to me being labeled a bully, bulldog, and stubborn, but my integrity, character, ethics, and professionalism have no price. "zero stars. 7500 retainer, he may have spent 1 hour talking to me, even less looking at what I brought in. What kind of attorney tells the judge at the hearing that "I didn't have time to look at all the evidence brought by my client brought to me until last night when I was on my way home from my last court case. . this man is supposed to be helping to get my children back, he hasn't called me since March 7 is the last time I spoke to him. It's May 2. I had to get the court orders from my ex-wife. Not my lawyer, my ex-wife had to forward me the orders. Can't even tell me when my next hearing is. Save your money, he is not worth it, unless you just don't want to see your kids again or have any current relationship with them, because he set that up. $7500 got me a FaceTime's for 15 minutes twice a week and every other week and I get my kids on Saturday and Sunday under supervised care. Everyone would be better off not paying him any kind of money and defending yourself and you'll probably have a better outcome. Him and his secretary have forgotten that they work for their clients. Not the client work for them."
