"I called Joe with some advice about an attorney mishandling a retainer I paid for an arrest that occurred in 2018. Joe immediately recognized the misdeeds the attorney was responsible for and shared my sentiment about said attorney's misconduct. Without hesitation, Joe offered his advice and offered to review the documents necessary to file a complaint against the attorney with the CA state Bar association.
